Since completing his fellowship. Jason has held various roles, all in private practice.  From 2002 to 2004, he was the pathologist in charge of a successful regional practice in Rockhampton with attached satellite laboratories in Gladstone and Emerald.  From 2005, he was deputy pathologist in charge of Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology (SNP) at the Gold Coast.  He was then appointed as deputy pathologist in charge of the SNP Dermatopathology Laboratory (2014- 2016) and continued in this role with the amalgamation of laboratories at Bowen Hills.  Prior to shifting to the Dermatopathology Laboratory he reported across a wide range of pathology and presented at various MDT’s for breast, gynaecology, urology, gastroenterology, lymphoma, lung and neurosurgery.

Dr Gluch has a strong commitment to mentoring and education.  Since 2014, he was an in house educator at SNP for anatomical registrars and became the RCPA Anatomical registrar supervisor from 2016.   Externally, he has organised the SNP teaching program for dermatology registrars since 2014.  He has presented for internal and external educational events on Dermatopathology recently as well as presenting lectures and teaching for anatomical pathology registrar candidates.
