we have a dedicated Doctors Service Centre (DSC) to assist you.
 

The DSC can help you with:

• Verbal issue of results
• Additional copies of reports, either printed, faxed or electronically downloaded
• Additional testing on held specimens (add-ons)
• Collection requirements for tests
• General enquiries.

To help us assist you better, when phoning for results, please supply the surname, first name and date of birth of the patient, and the name of the referring doctor. 

If you require assistance with the interpretation of a result, you may wish to speak with one of our pathologists directly.

Confidentiality  
To maintain patient confidentiality, the staff in the DSC and other laboratory departments make every effort to ensure that only authorised recipients are given results. We apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
