COVID-19 Update
Please be advised that due to the current COVID-19 situation in the ACT and surrounding regions, many of our staff have been redeployed to COVID testing sites to help contain the spread of the virus through the community. This has resulted in some of our collection centres being temporarily closed, as well staffing shortages at some of our other collection facilities.
Our frontline staff are working tirelessly to continue providing services to the community, however patients may experience difficulty contacting some of our collection rooms by phone. We are aware of the issues and we are working to address these as soon as possible. We thank everyone for their patience and understanding at this time, and we apologise for any inconvenience.
